The Vision · 2026
A state of the union. A call for help.
What God has done through Kamp Love, what we are doing now, and the body we are building for the next five years.
Austin Rockwell · Founder
01 · Who We Are
A leader development organization.
Kamp Love does not only expose college students to Christian practices. It trains them to lead those practices for their own generation.
The student who worships at Kamp becomes the worship leader who leads the next Kamp. The student who receives prayer becomes the student who prays over the next one.

02 · Mission · Vision · Model
Three pillars, one direction.
Mission
What we do.
Transform students' lives by the gospel through camping, connection, community, and Christ.
Vision
Where we are going.
Students on every college campus equipped in their gifts, making disciples who make disciples.
Model
How we do it.
Fall trip, spring retreat, and year-round student-led formation on every campus.
Practices
How students lead.
Worship, prayer, testimony, scripture, and baptism, all carried by peers.
03 · My Vision
What I believe God is calling us to build.
- Kamp Love at 100 universities in 5 countries, partnered with 100 local churches, by 2030.
- Develop 10,000 college student leaders through a six-category discipleship framework.
- Create and deliver student-leader development content, opportunity, and coaching.
- Own and operate retreat centers across the world.
- Build Kamp Love Kids as a curriculum and camp expression for churches.
- Build Kamp Love Summer Camp for church campuses and camp locations.
- Equip 1,000 young worship leaders through Kamp Songs.
04 · What We Have Done
Five years. Nineteen campuses. Eighteen thousand students.
The cumulative story is momentum: more than 18,000 students reached and 5,550 student leaders developed across 19 campuses over five years.

05 · What We Are Doing
Operating the rhythm.
Fall
Fall trip.
A lower-barrier camping trip where students disconnect from campus noise and enter Christian community.
Spring
Spring retreat.
A deeper weekend that forms worship, prayer, testimony, scripture, and baptism in a peer-led setting.
Year-round
Leader development.
Student leaders are coached on campus all year so the weekend becomes a discipleship pipeline.
Pipeline
The engine.
Student to Student Leader to Student Director to Regional Director. Each tier trains the next.
06 · What We Have Vision To Build

10 · Organizational Chart
The body we are building into.
11 · University-Level Chart
How a Kamp is led on every campus.
12 · Revenue Model
The body funds the body.
01
Event registration.
Registration covers the direct cost of programming for each Kamp.
02
Student-leader fundraising.
Every campus works toward 100 monthly partners at $50 per month.
03
HQ development.
Corporate fundraising funds the staff, systems, and national infrastructure serving every campus.
04
Planting share.
A portion of university fundraising seeds the next campus.
The financial page carries the full five-year P&L.
13 · Current Opportunity
40+ universities waiting on us.
The doors are ahead of the staffing. Students, campus pastors, and ministry partners are asking Kamp Love to come. The limiting factor is no longer demand; it is the people and runway to walk through the doors already open.

14 · Retreat Site Ownership
Two doors for long-term homes.
Kamp Emmanuel.
A retreat center and lodge opportunity that could become an East Coast home for Kamp Love.
UCYC.
A major Arizona camp property that could serve as a western home for Kamps, retreats, and future programming.
15 · Fundraising Strategy
Six categories. Five ways to participate. Five stages.
Parents.
Families closest to the students seeing the fruit.
Churches.
Churches that want campus ministry to multiply beyond their walls.
Alumni.
Former Kampers and leaders who want the next class to meet Christ.
Organizations.
Businesses and nonprofits with a heart for young adults.
Major partners.
High-capacity givers who can seed major parts of the work.
Grants.
Institutional funding where mission and program fit.
Five ways to participate
- Talk with us.
- Pray with us.
- Serve with us.
- Give with us.
- Share the story with someone else.
16 · What We Need Financially
A five-year partner to move from founder-led to executive-led.
The Southeast Christian partnership model gives Kamp Love a $1M-per-year catalyst. It funds the executive team, development capacity, ministry and discipleship leadership, operations, and the systems needed to move from 16 to 30 to 100 universities.
17 · What The Partnership Unlocks
With the partner, the next body can be built.
2026-27 without partner
Universities reached. The ministry keeps moving, but staffing stays thin.
2026-27 with partner
Universities reached. The executive and ministry teams come online.
The public ask is the partnership story. Individual gifts still live on the home-page giving experience.
The Call For Help
If God is calling you to walk with us, walk with us.
Kamp Love is a vehicle. The mission is His. If any part of this stirs something in you, we want to talk.
